How do I order a custom pet portrait?

Choose the portrait you want, upload a clear photo of your pet at checkout, and add their name. We create your portrait and send you a preview to approve before anything is finalized or printed.

What kind of photo should I send?

A clear, well-lit photo where you can see your pet's face and features works best. Higher resolution is better, and natural light and eye-level shots make for the strongest portraits.

Can I order a memorial portrait for a pet who has passed away?

Yes. Our memorial portraits are made to honor a beloved pet and keep their memory close. Every order is handled with care, and we can add your pet's name to the artwork.

Do you offer digital and physical portraits?

Yes. You can choose a high-resolution digital download, a gallery-wrapped stretched canvas, or a framed canvas — whatever suits your home and budget.

Will I see the portrait before it is printed?

Always. We send a preview for your approval so we can get every detail right before printing or delivering your keepsake.

How long does an order take?

Each item is made to order. We create your portrait and send a preview shortly after you order, and physical items typically ship within about a week of your approval. You'll receive tracking by email once your order is on its way. Delivery dates are estimates and may vary during busy periods.

What are your shirts made of?

Our shirts are Comfort Colors garment-dyed tees — ultra-soft 100% ring-spun cotton with a relaxed, unisex fit. Designs are printed with premium Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing for a soft, lasting finish.

How is my dog's name added to a personalized shirt?

When you order, enter your dog's name in the personalization field on the product page. We add it to the design exactly as you'd like it.

What is your return policy?

Because every item is custom made to order just for you, we're unable to offer returns or exchanges. That said, if anything arrives wrong or damaged, please message us and we'll make it right.
