Refund policy

We want you to love your Skye Collective order. Because every portrait and personalized item is custom-made just for you, we handle returns a little differently than an off-the-shelf shop.

Custom & personalized items: Since these are created specifically for you and your pet, we can't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or an ordering mistake (like a misspelled name). That's why we send a preview and offer free revisions before printing — so it's perfect before it ships.

If something's wrong, we'll make it right: We'll remake or refund if you received the wrong item, or it arrived damaged/defective. Email a photo within 30 days of delivery to drakesranchfactory@gmail.com and we'll take care of it.
