You approve it before we print
Before anything ships, we send you a preview of your portrait. Want the eyes softer, the name bigger, a different crop? Just tell us. You get free revisions until it’s perfect — we won’t print until you say go.
If it arrives wrong, we fix it
If your order shows up damaged, defective, or not matching the preview you approved, send us a photo within 30 days and we’ll remake it or refund it — your choice. No hassle, no fine print.
